Need 24×7 monitoring of your server? Our state of the art monitoring cluster can monitoring anything, for servers to specific servers (i.e. POP3, SMTP, HTTP). Our solution can also react to problems and send you mail, or even try to correct the problem without your staff even knowing there was an issue.
Cost: $75.00 per month per machine (one machine can have many services)

System Administration Service
Need a full time system administrator for you dedicated server? Let our system administrators take care of your server without the need to hire your own. Our system administrator will provide the following services on your dedicated server: OS patches, OS updates, reboors, software installation, and 5 hours of general administration per month for any special requirements.
Cost: $150.00 per month, per machine.

Backup
Need to keep your data backed up? File corruption and hard drive failure don’t have to mean lost data. Choose a tape backup device for your server and be certain all those critical files are available when you need them most. Austin Web Development offers tape drives that can accommodate 20GB, 40GB, even up to 100GB of data storage.
